The product was ordered and paid for in full online. Fulfillment and shipping was delayed for several days. When I emailed a request for information about the delay, I was only told that the product was being shipped by their vendor and they had no info. It took several more days before the product finally arrived.
Not worth the wait and aggravation. Amazon beats you hands down. I will not order from you again.
