Bomb the boardroom with this badass metal Apple Watch band [Review]
Enjoy the classic link look on your Apple Watch with the stylish and sophisticated Casetify Link Bracelet. It not only looks great, but it’s robust and comfortable all day long. It also comes in three stylish color options.
Here’s why it’s one of my favorite bands after six months of wear.
All in the details
One of the many things I love about the Link Bracelet is its unique design and details. You’ll find so many metal bands for Apple Watch on the market today, and many of them look more or less the same. But not Casetify’s.
Each of the band’s stainless steel links has a matte finish running down its center, with shiny, polished outer edges that provide an eye-catching look. It features a traditional, matte clasp that has the Casetify logo precisely etched into it, and stainless steel adapters that feel just as sturdy as the band itself.
That clasp opens with a pinch and closes with a snap, making the Link Bracelet incredibly easy to get on an off. The whole thing feels strong and incredibly well-made, like a high-end watch that was built to last a lifetime. It’s also smooth, unlike some metal bands, so it feels great on the wrist.
All of the materials used in the Link Bracelet are hard-wearing and water-resistant, making it ideal for anyone. Although the band looks great with your best party gear, you don’t have to save it for special occasions.
You won’t want to take it off
That’s ideal, because I found myself wanting to use the Link Bracelet all the time. It’s lighter than it looks at first glance (though slightly heaver than leather or nylon options) and it goes great with everything. It has also been kind to my skin. Not all metal bands agree with me — I’ve used some that cause irritation in no time at all — but even after long periods of wear, the Link Bracelet hasn’t caused me any issues or discomfort at all.
I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how tough the Link Bracelet is, too. Even after picking up a few knocks over the past few months, mine looks as good as new. There’s not a single scuff or scratch that I can find, and the colored coating doesn’t appear to have started wearing off at all.
Get the right fit and the Link Bracelet feels snug and secure, which is exactly what you want when you’re relying on it to keep your beloved Apple Watch from slipping off onto the floor. It features 14 links in total, making it suitable for almost any wrist size, and removing any you don’t need is made easy by the included adjustment tool. Anyone can do it!
All you have to do is place the band inside the tool, line up one of the pins, and tighten the tool’s handle until the pin pops out. There are arrows on the underside of the band that make it clear which way the pins should come out.
