Something amiss

This was the second one I ordered and the function is great. However, this one came with a sticky substance all over it. I almost threw it out. It took a long time to get that junk off of it. Not a pretty sight to look at , but functional.

I tried to contact their customer service and never received a response..... not trustworthy!
