Never received my order

Ordered in September 2024 still haven't received and no communication. I ordered for a smaller ipad a couple of years ago and I received it fine. Something obviously very wrong here.

I placed my order on 8/20/24 and received the following letter 3 days later. So disappointed! I am OUT $37.

Dear Kenneth,
I'm writing in regards to an awkward situation we are experiencing with the Cult Of Mac, where you have ordered our products on Tue.

We are XVIDA, the designer and manufacturer of magnetic mounts. Cult of Mac advertises and sells our products but does not keep any stock. We are the ones who actually ship, when they make a sale.

The problem we are experiencing now is that Cult Of Mac has not paid us for a few months worth of orders. I sent them a cumulative invoice 2 weeks ago, but I do not get any response from them after multiple attempts.

As you can imagine, we are reluctant to ship, knowing that we may never get paid.

If you would like to receive this product I recommend you request a refund from the Cult Of Mac and then purchase directly from us.

We have the stock available and ready to ship.
