I placed my order on 8/20/24 and received the following letter 3 days later. So disappointed! I am OUT $37.

Dear Kenneth,
I'm writing in regards to an awkward situation we are experiencing with the Cult Of Mac, where you have ordered our products on Tue.

We are XVIDA, the designer and manufacturer of magnetic mounts. Cult of Mac advertises and sells our products but does not keep any stock. We are the ones who actually ship, when they make a sale.

The problem we are experiencing now is that Cult Of Mac has not paid us for a few months worth of orders. I sent them a cumulative invoice 2 weeks ago, but I do not get any response from them after multiple attempts.

As you can imagine, we are reluctant to ship, knowing that we may never get paid.

If you would like to receive this product I recommend you request a refund from the Cult Of Mac and then purchase directly from us.

We have the stock available and ready to ship.

takes a LONG time to ship because they don't tell you it's not a US company

I use this to secure an iPad Pro to a wall. Works very well. Easy to remove when necessary, yet secure while attached to the wall and iPad is being used. This is my second set. Return buyer!

Product is very good but the promised express delivery did not eventuate as paid for. After i complained i received a reduction in postage which i expected but i purchased the product on the initial delivery time and may have gone elsewhere if i knew it was going to be delayed at the initial purchase.
