Non-responsive

I ordered this product at the beginning of October. The status has been "The shipment is on its way" since October 11, but no tracking information is available. I sent emails to this store on 10/30, 11/5, and 11/13. NO RESPONSE TO ANY OF THEM!

FRAUD / SCAM Risk: Unfulfilled orders.

I made multiple purchases from the Cult-of-Mac store, but all my orders went unfulfilled. Getting in touch with them took weeks, thru multiple channels, and I’ve still yet to receive the items or a refund.

At this point I’m sadly left to believe the store is fraudulent.

Not Durable

5 months. That’s about how long this watch band lasted before the silicone became ripped and started coming off. The lesson here is that if your work, hobbies or pastime activities involve anything more severe than sitting in front of a computer keyboard then you should pass on this watch band. The silicone covering over the metal band is very thin and does not seem to be very durable. Too bad because it is comfortable and easy to put on. Of course, easy to put on means that you need to be careful because if the magnetic band catches on something at the very end it can peel back the magnetic connection and the watch falls off without you even noticing it.

Never Received Product, Ghosted by Support

Ordered this case a month and a half ago, was charged, never received tracking information. When I reached out to their support email, crickets. Asked for tracking, crickets. Still no product, still no response. Will never purchase from Cult of Mac again.
