Is this a scam?

My order was never received. No shipping information was ever provided. No response from customer service after multiple attempts. I had to contest the charge with my credit card company after a month of waiting.

The Elago magnetic stand is great, buy it on Amazon and save yourself some frustration.

I ordered this product at the beginning of October. The status has been "The shipment is on its way" since October 11, but no tracking information is available. I sent emails to this store on 10/30, 11/5, and 11/13. NO RESPONSE TO ANY OF THEM!
