Cult of MAC a scam

I’m only giving them one star because I can’t submit the review without it. I ordered an ipad case the first of December. After weeks and weeks of never hearing anything I tried multiple times to cancel my order and get a refund. Never heard a word. It’s May and still nothing. Do not buy anything from them. They’ll take your money and you’ll never hear from them again.

Never received my order

Ordered in September 2024 still haven't received and no communication. I ordered for a smaller ipad a couple of years ago and I received it fine. Something obviously very wrong here.

I received a size that doesn’t fit

And no response to my two inquiries on how to return.

Item never shipped because it’s not available from manufacturer. I was refunded but it shouldn’t be listed if it’s not available.

This was never delivered!!!!

My card was charged on 1/22/25 for this item but I have yet to receive notice that it was shipped or anything. Here are the order details copied from my bank statement.
