Wrong Product

I ordered the 3-in-1 charging hub after watching a Cult of Mac YouTube video making the assumption it would be for the most recent Apple products. I have the iPods Pro and they won’t fit. I have been trying to arrange a return, but have found it difficult to find the appropriate customer service. So, the low review is because I haven’t been able to use the hub and am stuck with it. Wish I had seen the reviews first.

Hi Victoria, I apologize about this. We have two designs for the 3-in-1 charging hub, there is a design for the AirPods Pro and AirPod 1&2, it seems you possibly ordered the one for AirPods 1&2, if you would email me adel@cultofmac.com I can certainly sort this issue out for you. Many thanks Adel.

Airpod pro doesn’t fit

I received this and the AirPods Pro doesn’t fit in the air pod slot. I emailed them to find out if I could return it, and they never responded to my email, so I’ve wasted my money for nothing.

Hi Renee, I am very sorry about this. It seems this email did not come through. Please email me directly at adel@cultofmac.com so we can get this sorted for you. I know this is quite tricky to get the chargers in place. Many thanks Adel.

Very difficult to get all the cords to fit in

It does what it says and it really is convenient to have 3 items being charged in the same place at the same time, but it has one functional flaw that diminishes its promise of convenience: each charging cord will not stay put when its item is charged and is being disconnected. Each one will almost always pull out of its slot and must be pressed back (or they will just dangle). Otherwise it is well-priced, quickly delivered and unobtrusive.

Solid, but needed extra equipment.

I bought this for my wife who charges everything by her bedside and she loves it! It is well constructed and super easy to use (the color choice was also a nice bonus). The only slight bummer was that, in order to power the three power cords, I had to purchase an additional surge protector that goes on the back of my wife's dresser that has USB plugs. All in all, it wasn't a big deal and she does love it, but it's not necessarily something that was ready go outside of the box.

Love the band

Sent the wrong one, twice

Never even got the right case for my phone. I got sent the same case twice, not even the case for my phone.

Good morning Rebbecca, I apologize for this. I have checked my system and cannot see any correspondence with you regarding this. Please email me adel@cultofmac.com with the case you actually received, so I can get this sorted for you? Many thanks, Adel.

Great band

My hubby loves the feel and color of the bands

Not impressed

No real easy way to attach cables to it. Also, can't easily use Qi charging for iPhone... The bamboo wood part of it is nice though, even if not very useful. I bought this as an experiment to see how it would work out. Having to actually plug the iPhone cable in to the phone is not what I would call convenient. This will probably end up as a paper weight.
